Since 1986 Van Ness Stone, Inc. has been
a leading supplier of stone for both interior and exterior applications.
Our showroom displays 20 different
types of stone flooring along with sample veneer walls and many samples of granite. We have a
12,000-square-foot stone fabrication facility and a state of the art
computerized sawing equipment.
Van Ness Stone offers complete
in-house CAD drafting services to our cut stone customers.
Our company sees a trend in
construction toward natural materials. For exterior use, stone is the
perfect accompaniment to brick or siding, and is incorporated into many

new home builders, the rising cost of lumber makes stone a cost effective
alternative when maintenance is considered. Aesthetically, a stone front

herbs; a retaining wall can be a surround for a flowerbed or a snaking
four-foot-high wall. Boulders of many different sizes can accent a drive or
flowerbed. The look the homeowner wants can be achieved with stone in a
variety of ways. Interior application of
stone is also increasing. A soaring but cozy stone fireplace can be the
perfect ending to the day when snow and cold winds are blowing. Accent walls
can also be done in stone for a spectacular look. A stone floor can be cut
